We had great service from Starpower on Christmas Eve. I was very excited to hook up a new Xbox 360 to my awesome Starpower room, and realized I did not know exactly how to do it. George, an associate at Starpower, took my call and walked me through it with research and options. Great result during a busy time for everyone, and the family entertainment was saved!

Wow! I was so pleased to have the fabulous projection TV and screen installed at my home. It has been so much more fun than I could have ever imagined and it has given me and my son another reason to hang around the house and bond. The Starpower guys were terrific and made all of the work seem effortless during the installation process. They are true professionals—the best—and I’m glad that we were able to work together.

I am very pleased with the great service and professional installation the Starpower team exhibited on all of my purchases. The plasma and LCD were both wall mounted and look terrific, but my favorite item is one I almost did not buy, which is the Smart Master Remote. It has made my life easy! My Starpower salesmen promised it would be simple to use, and is has been. In addition, someone has always been able to answer my questions and assure my satisfaction. Starpower does offer the entire package: product quality, competitive prices and great service.

Starpower was so patient and so generous when their crews were installing my new television and DVS player. It took several trips and every time the crew showed up, they introduced themselves, put on blue booties to protect the carpet (without being asked) and did an excellent job. If I were “secret shopping” with Starpower, I would give them five stars out of a possible five stars.

It was such a pleasure to have the Starpower team as part of our tailgate party at the Texas Motor Speedway race. Having the DLP TV available to watch the Cowboys/Redskins game just added that extra special touch that our company likes to offer. Our clients and guests were so appreciative of the great job that Starpower associates—Daniel and Gabriel—did in setting up the TV and taking care of anything that needed to be handled. I am absolutely satisfied with my recent experience in dealing with Starpower. I have been in the market for upgrading my home theater system for some time and had been shopping not only online, but at electric stores throughout Dallas. The myriad of choices of equipment, pricing, and installation options, to say the least, was daunting. After visiting Starpower, my search for a system ended at that moment.

I received consistent, superior service from the North Dallas Starpower team. I’m a person who greatly admires fine audio/video equipment, but knows little to nothing as to how to install, tweak or God-forbid, move it to another location. To date, I’ve purchased from the Starpower Oaklawn store a 50” Sony plasma TV, a 42” LG plasma TV, a marvelous Bang & Olufsen stereo system and speakers, a whole-house audio system and too many other components to count or list.
