I have been a loyal Starpower customer for several years. I have made significant media investments for my home theater and various other rooms throughout my house. The reason I keep coming back is because of the quality of service that I have come to expect and Mark Smith has been the one who consistently exceeded my expectations regarding service each and every time.
When I made my first purchase several years ago, which included a sizeable expense on a projector, he continually worked with the vendor, the technicians, and me to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the quality and performance.
Most recently, I made a significant upgrade to all of my equipment and was having problems after Dish Networks installed their new High Definition receiver and obviously did not know how to best interface it with the new projector. Two days before I was to have 100 people over for the Super Bowl party, Mark personally drove to my house and resolved the issue rather than risk not having technicians available in time to fix it for this big event. It is this level of service and confidence that I have in him that keeps me coming back to Starpower.
